Information we collect
When you use Invoi, we store:
- Your phone number
- The messages you send
- Photos you send
- Job details and locations you include
- Your email address, if you give us one
We also keep the report drafted from that material, and the fact that you opted in by texting (925) 304-3599.
How we use it
We use this information to receive the job, draft the report, send the report to you, and send it to a client when you ask. We use your number and email to reply about your account and the service, and to run the text line.
Texts from Invoi
The text program is called Invoi. You opt in by texting the number. We send job reports, and account and service notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. For help, email james@getinvoi.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. The Terms and Conditions describe the program.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data only with service providers needed to run the service, such as Twilio, which carries the texts.
We do not sell personal information. If you reply STOP, we stop texting you.
Service providers
These companies process information for us, only so Invoi can run. They do not receive it for their own marketing.
- Twilio: SMS and MMS, the text line itself
- Supabase: database and file storage
- Fly.io: hosting for the service
- Vercel: hosting for this website
- OpenRouter: AI processing of messages and photos, to draft the report
- Resend: email
How long we keep it
We keep messages, photos, job details, and reports while you use Invoi and as needed to deliver a report you asked for, to honor STOP requests, and to meet legal duties. Email james@getinvoi.com to ask us to delete your messages, photos, or reports.
Children
Invoi is not for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
